2. Description of the subject of the contract: 2.1 The subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 4.1-4.5 to SWZ (4.1-part 1. 2.2 Delivery of the subject of the contract will take place to the seat of the following organizational units of the Ordering Party:

3. The assortment supplied by the contractor must be brand new, free from defects, with technical data applied clearly identifying the product and its technical parameters.
4. The assortment provided should have attestations, certificates, quality certificates required by law and meet all requirements of standards specified in applicable law.
