Description:
Purchase of a building with a modular structure intended for the village hall of the Huta Abiowolska Society. The subject of the order is the development, in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations, of complete design documentation along with the required arrangements, opinions, decisions, permits, including obtaining a decision on a building permit, along with the preparation of a preliminary concept, agreed and approved by the Ordering Party, and then carrying out construction works for the above investment project in accordance with the scope presented in this study and approved documentation projects The scope of the order includes the performance of all works necessary for the proper execution and subsequent operation of the building, in accordance with applicable regulations. The construction of a rural community center will involve the construction of a rural community center building with a modular (prefabricated) structure along with land development and necessary technical infrastructure.
