Description:
1 The purchase of the subject of the contract is carried out as part of the project entitled Social Voivodship Center with a new place of development and integration of social treatment. 3. The provided subject of the contract must be new, in a functional and ready to use for its intended purpose, it must correspond to the applicable quality and technical standards, cannot be imposed with any rights to the third and must be compatible with the contractor's offers. 4. The definition of a new vehicle is included in the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and removal (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1570 of the amendment) Art. 2 point 10 letter A.5. In the case of sales by a car dealer, intended for testing/ prbny driving, the ordering will recognize the pollination offered by the contractor, though it was registered by the contractor in the area with the vehicle admission to road traffic for the needs of test/ prbny driving. 6.
