Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a new bus with approval for a bus adapted to transport disabled people for two wheelchairs, together with equipment for the needs of the Municipality of Pionki City. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the offer the subject of the order with better technical parameters, equipment and warranty conditions (i.e. not lower than those specified in the SWZ together with annexes). The car that is the subject of the order must be free from legal and physical defects, unrepaired, and must have the steering wheel located on the left side of the vehicle and meets the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The car that is the subject of the order must meet the conditions specified in the environmental protection regulations in force in Poland. The contractor will deliver the car at his own expense and risk, to the address indicated by the Ordering Party. in Pionki. The car will be collected on the basis of the car acceptance protocol.
