- The subject of the order is the delivery of: Purchase of a bus car as part of a program for leveling differences between regions with technical, operational parameters and equipment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. The task is co-financed from PFRON funds under program entitled: Program for equalizing differences between regions III under area D, project Elimination of transport barriers, purchase of a new bus for transporting disabled people of the Day Home at the Social Welfare Center in Kostrzyn nad Odr, 2. In addition, the Ordering Party requires that the car be delivered: a) meets the requirements specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071, consolidated text) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). has all the necessary approvals and documents allowing the vehicle for road traffic in the EU, c) has the following available in Polish: Vehicle Card, Owner's Manual, Service and Warranty Book, d) other documents required by law (...
