- Description:
- The subject of the order is the purchase of a BUS delivery vehicle for the transport of people and materials. A detailed list of technical parameters and required equipment as well as other requirements for the car are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contractor will provide a car to the registered office of the Ordering Party at its own expense and risk, together with the acceptance protocol. The car will be collected by a person authorized by the Ordering Party. Together with the car, the Contractor must provide: 1) an approval certificate or an EC certificate of conformity, 2) a vehicle operating manual in Polish. The Contractor must not later than at the time of signing the contract, he must present a mechanical warranty for the paint coating and perforation of the bodywork for the delivered car, the validity of which begins from the date of receipt. If the Ordering Party finds any visible defects during the receipt of the car, the parties will prepare a report indicating in it the type and scope of the defects found, and the Ordering Party will set a deadline for the contractor to remove the defects. In such a case, the contractor is obliged to remove the defects at his own expense, and the date of acceptance is considered to be the date of handing over the car without wad.
