• 1 bus with an electric drive with a length of 5000 mm to 8100 mm - part first of the order,
• 1 bus with electric drive with a length of 7000 mm to 9000 mm - second part of the order,
• 1 bus with electric drive with a length of 9100 mm to 11000 mm - part three of the order,
• 1 bus with an electric drive with a length of 11000 mm to 13000 mm - part fourth of the order,
As part of the project entitled: "Purchase of a bus rolling stock in the Zawiercie commune" co -financed by the European Union As part of the European Funds program for Silesia 2021-2027.
The contractor may submit an offer for all or selected parts of the order.
Part 1
The subject of the contract is delivery 1 bus with electric drive with a length of 5000 mm to 8100 mm - part one order.
The bus offered cannot be a prototype and must be brand new, i.e. produced not earlier than 9 months before the delivery date, unused for presentation, test and similar purposes, Not registered, with a mileage not more than 1000 km. The bus constituting the subject of the contract must:
a) to be adapted to the needs of all users, including to be available for disabled people in accordance with the described technical requirements,
