- 1. The subject of the fall is the delivery of a 20-person bus adapted for transport of a minimum of 1 person on disability. 2. Oglne requirements:- a car factory new to the requirements specified in art. 2 point 10 lit. and the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and removal (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025. item 775 from d.), Free from physical and legal defects, a third -party OSB, spending technical requirements specified in Poland in Poland for vehicles on public roads, including the technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047 of the amendments) and executive ordinances to this Act. - the vehicle must have approval for 20 (twenty) OSB, including OSB with non -efficiency.
