Description:
The subject of this order is:
1) Purchase and delivery of buses and a minibus for transporting disabled people - the order is divided into three parts:
Lot No. 1: 3 buses with an internal lift adapted to transport children and adolescents with mobility disabilities;
Lot No. 2: 3 buses with internal ramp adapted to transport children and adolescents with mobility disabilities;
Lot No. 3: 1 minibus adapted to transport children i young people with physical disabilities;
For factory new is a bus/microbus that is unused, unregistered, not used for test drives, presentations or research, manufactured no earlier than 2025 or 2026.
3) The scope of necessary vehicle equipment must be consistent with the regulations in force in Poland
and standards, materials used and equipment (elevators, access ramps) must have appropriate certificates, have all the necessary approvals and approvals for traffic and use required by law, be technically efficient and free from construction defects (warranty cards, UDT certificates).
