- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is: Purchase of a car with 9 seats (including the driver's seat) adapted to transport disabled people for the Social Welfare Home as part of a project co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons inunder the "Programme for leveling differences between regions III". A detailed description of the subject of the order, the technical parameters of the car, are included in Annex No. 1 to this ToR. In each case, the standards, technical assessments and technical reference systems referred to in this document are used in the description of the subject of the order. in art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor should assume that in such references the words ", or equivalent" are used.
