Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a CAR FUNCTIONING A MOBILE LABORATORY planned for purchase as part of the MAZOWSZE WITHOUT SMOG project, with electric or low-emission drive, e.g. hybrid, with an installed air quality sensor and an organizer for Eco-Advisor's equipment. The car must be factory-built new, manufactured in 2025, free from construction, material and legal defects. The car must be equipped with an air quality control device with the vehicle manufacturer's warranty maintained. The car must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act. The car must have a homologation issued in accordance with the Act of April 14, 2023 year on approval systems for vehicles and their equipment (i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2002-23, item 919). After the reconstruction, the vehicle will function as a "special vehicle".
