- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new 9-seater car adapted to transport disabled people, including one in a wheelchair (in which she will be transported), manufactured in 2025. 2. The car will be used by the Eba Municipality for related purposes increasing access of people with disabilities to vocational, medical or social rehabilitation. 3. The delivered subject of the order must be complete from the point of view of the purpose for which it is to be used, unused, unregistered, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties, have a complete documentation necessary for its registration and operation, as well as confirming that the car is adapted to transport disabled people. 4. The Contractor is obliged to place the PFRON logo and a sticker with information on co-financing the purchase of the vehicle on the vehicle, in a place agreed with the Ordering Party. from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
