• Description:
• The subject of the proceedings is the purchase of certified smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
  1) the order was divided into packages and parts:
  a) Package A (detectors A) 10 parts: A1 A10, 15,000 pcs. each part;
  b) Package B (B detectors) 5 parts: B1 B5, 10,000 pcs. each part;
  441 section 1 point of the Act, up to 10% of the quantity of this part, possible to use within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract for a given part;
  3) The contractor submits a separate offer for each package (A and/or B) - in accordance with the forms offers, constituting Annexes 3A and 3B to the SWZ;
  4) The ordering party does not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to one contractor.
