Description:
The subject of the order is: purchase of chemotherapy drugs - oncology drugs for the needs of the Ordering Party. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into nine parts of the order / packages / tasks, according to the followingabout the division:
1) part of the order No. 1 Acidum zoledronicum 4mg/5 ml;
2) part of the order No. 2 Acidum zoledronicum 4mg/100ml;
3) part of the order No. 3 Bicalutaminde 50mg;
4) part of the order No. 4 Capecitabine 150 mg;
5) part of order no. 5 Capecitabine 500 mg;
6) part of order no. 6 - Oxaliplatinum 5mg/ml;
7) part of order no. 7 0.9% NaCl bag, 5% Glucosum bag, Solution for infusion:
8) part of order no. 8 Vinblastina;
9) part of order no. 9 Cyclophosphamidum;
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers
Detailed conditions for the implementation of deliveries, including access to the kennelnks of the Ordering Party, is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Required deadline for partial deliveries: 3 business days from placing the order. Minimum shelf life of the product: 12 months from the date of delivery. The ordering party will be obliged to use at least 70% of the value bgross of the awarded contract. The use will depend on the number of patients reporting to the Ordering Party.
