Description:
The subject of the flying is the purchase, delivery of the factory Koła excavator together with the warranty service. The purchase is implemented on the basis of the financial RODKW granted by the Podkarpackie Voivode, as part of the Program for the Protection of the Population and Civil Defense for 2025 2026, adopted resolution No. 72 Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M.P. from 2025, item 541). The Ordering Party reserves the captivity of the postponement, withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, in the event of withdrawal of co -financing, or not signing the co -financing agreement for the subject of the Polish and the method of implementing the subject of the skew and detailed parameters of the excavator are described in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ and the beginning No. 5 to SWZ (draft contract).
