The subject of the proceedings is:1. Delivery of 12 new Cisco CP-7821-K9 IP phones with Flex licenses for CUCM version 14.0.1 for a period of 36 months.2. Delivery of 3 new Cisco CP-8865-K9 IP phones with Flex Enhanced licenses for CUCM version 14.0.1 for a period of 36 months.3. Delivery of 1 piece of new Cisco Catalyst C9200L-24P-4G-E switch with Cisco C9200L-DNA-E-24-3Y license and new modules: a) Photonics SP-SM31010D-GP SFP+ compatible with CISCO, 2 pieces, b) Photonics SP-MM85030D-GP SFP+ Compatible with CISCO PCS 2.4. Warranty for the above-mentioned devices - 12 months (manufacturer's warranty).5. Time for delivery of devices - 21 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.6. By submitting an offer, the contractor accepts the terms of the contract.7. Please provide gross prices.8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason.9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to select another contractor from the procedure in the event of lack of contact, failure to complete the task or failure to sign the contract by contractor for a period of 2 weeks from the date of resolution of the proceedings.
