- The subject of part No. 1 of the order is the purchase of equipment in connection with the implementation by the Ordering Party of tasks arising from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, in accordance with the Act of December 5, 2024 on Civil Protection and Civil Defense (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1907), i.e.: - combustion pumps floating 2 pcs., - slurry motor pumps with a connection for a fire truck 110 mm, 2 pcs., - sludge pumps 2 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ). Required order completion date: in accordance with the contractor's offer, but no later than 10 days from the date of conclusion contracts.
