A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for maintaining cleanliness of the rooms, implemented in 17 Pomeranian location units of the Voivodeship Polosquite workmans such as youth career centers, working centers and vocational training centers located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in the period from 01.07. 2021, until 30/09/2021, 2. Locations together with the metraming concerned by the contract lists Annex number 1 to the contract formula. 3. The Ordering Party may reduce the order in the event of liquidation of the unit, transferring the unit, changes in the location of the unit or no possibility of work in Unit due to COVID-19 (eg quarantine, remote work). In such situations, the Contractor does not have a remuneration for the service failed., 4. The Contractor shall not be entitled to the Ordering Party claims for a reduction in the order as provided for in point 3., 5.
