Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the purchase of a passenger car. 2. The car must spend the technical requirements specified by the provisions in Poland for vehicles that have been on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997, road traffic law (consolidated textDz. U. of 2024 item 1251) and executive ordinances to this Act in the appraisal, issued in accordance with the abovementioned set. 3. The place of delivery of the car will be the seat of the Ordering Party: Marshal's Office of the Witokrzyskie Voivodship, Al.IX Age Kielce 3, 25-516 Kielce. 4. The price of the car must include allThe costs that will bear the Ordering Employer, from the supply of objectives to the Ordering Party. 5. The contractor must a proprietary object of the plait in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, specified in SWZ and Zezacznik No. 1 to the ToR (a detailed description of the subject of the sketch). 6.
