1 The subject of the fall includes the supplies of a brand new passenger car, manufactured in 2025, not unwinded, free from physical (construction, material, executive) and legal defects(including from all third -party rights and any other captivity and security). The price of the implementation of the fall and a long period of mechanical warranty without a kilometer limit is the criteria for the assessment of offers, described in chapter 14 SWZ.2.
