Description:
Request for quotation for the execution of an order with an estimated value below the equivalent of EUR 30,000. Contractors whose offers are not selected may not submit any claims against the KWP in Olsztyn for receiving this request for proposals and preparing and submitting their offers. The deadline for binding the offer is 60 business days from the resolution of the procedure. All costs related to the execution of the order, including transport/shipping costs, are the responsibility of the Supplier/Contractor. Payment - transfer with deferred payment date up to 30 days from the date of delivery prepared VAT invoice together with the goods to the address indicated by the Ordering Party in the order. Delivery at the Contractor's expense. In the event of delivery of goods that do not comply with the description posted on the purchasing platform, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make a return at the expense of the Supplier/Contractor. The Supplier/Contractor guarantees that the product is brand new and free from defects and has a 12-month warranty. KWP reserves the right to invalidate the selection of the Contractor without giving a reason.
