Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a computed tomograph with
with adaptation of the studio and launch.
2. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
Reason for the lack of division into parts: subject Orders have a uniform nature, and the division of the order into parts would cause excessive organizational, technical difficulties and additional costs of performing the contract, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing the order.
4. The subject of the contract is to be financed from funds Financial Greater Poland Voivodeship for the task of "Purchase of a computed tomograph with adaptation of the studio and launch."
5. The Ordering Party will annul the procedure for awarding the contract pursuant to art. 257 of the PZP Act, if the public funds that the ordering party intended allocated to finance all or part of the order, they have not been awarded to it.
The scope of the investment includes the modernization of the existing computed tomography workshop consisting in the replacement of a computed tomograph and performing the necessary adaptation work to adapt to the rooms to applicable regulations.
The scope of adaptation will consist in enlarging the door opening in the structural wall, painting rooms, replacing the door joinery, performing installation works, such as checking the efficiency of the existing installation of mechanical ventilation and cooling, ...
