Task No. 1 - Purchasing 6 All-in-One computers1. General requirements1.1. Unless otherwise stated, all provisions of the detailed description of the subject of the order containing technical parameters should be read as minimum parameters.1.2. The supplied hardware and software must be unused, free from physical and legal defects, fully technically functional, cannot be encumbered with third party rights, components should come from the manufacturer's official distribution channel. "Physical defect" should also be understood as any non-compliance with the detailed description of the subject of the order.1.3. The delivered equipment must have cabling, power supplies and all other components ensuring proper installation, startup and use in a typical environment, e.g. power cords and power supply, handles.1.4. The equipment must be equipped with everything necessary for its operation and required performance equipment functionality, standard software solutions, along with the right for the Ordering Party to use these solutions in such a function indefinitely, but in any case not longer than for the time for which it will be technically possible ...
