- The Provincial Police Headquarters in Rzeszow (Employer) invites you to submit offers for computer equipment. The assortment is available in the attachment "PokanieΕ_nr_168-Wlii-2025.pdf" Additional information: 1. The Contractor declares that the equipment offered to the Employer is new and free from defects, equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. 2. Offers will be evaluated and selected on the basis of the most favorable total gross price. 3. The contractor must submit an offer for the entire range. 4. All costs related to the execution of the contract are covered by the Contractor. 5. In the event of delivery of the goods that are not in accordance with the description, The contracting authority reserves the right to return it at the contractor's expense. 6. The contracting authority reserves the right to withdraw from the proceedings without giving a reason. 7. Payment method and delivery dates:- delivery date- 10 days from notification of the contractor by the Employer (in the event of exceeding this the deadline, the Employer reserves the right to resign from the execution of the order, without the possibility of pursuing claims on the contractor's side),- payment terms- transfer within 14 days of receiving a correctly issued VAT invoice. The payment will be made after receiving the product with an invoice VAT.
