Description:
1. Purchase of computer equipment for the needs of the headquarters and provincial troops.
2. Description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The manner of processing the order is set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. Place of implementation of the NFZ headquarters and Mazowiecki, Świętokrzyski i Warmian-Masurian Voivodship Branch of the National Health Fund.
5. The order will be processed on the following dates:
1) in the scope of the delivery of computer equipment, the scope of which is specified in Annex 1 to the specification, within 30 calendar days from the date of the contract;
2) in the scope of the warranty service within the period of min. 36 months from the date of delivery of the equipment to the customer's headquarters.
