Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of computer equipment for the Praga-Poudnie District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw in the following quantities: office laptop - 65 pcs. micro type office computer - 19 pcs. SFF type special computer - 2 pcs. 27 office monitor for micro type office computers with docking station function - 65 pcs. office monitor 27 - 30 pcs. 2. The subject of the order must be brand new, free from defects, have the manufacturer's original packaging and cannot be encumbered with third party rights or liabilities to the State Treasury for bringing them into the Polish customs territory, ready for use, without the need to incurring additional financial, organizational and technical expenses and was consistent with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and at all risks, in particular in terms of loss or damage, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. As delivery should be understood as the purchase of individual products, transport, bringing them to specific rooms in the building and other items not mentioned above, but necessary to deliver the ordered item to the Ordering Party as functional and efficient. 4.
