• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of 29 sets of computer equipment, which include: a desktop computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, power strip and office software. The equipment will be delivered to the ZS CKR in Sichów Duym. The technical requirements are specified in the assortment and price form attached to SWZ.2. The delivered subject of the order should be brand new, complete, meeting the requirements of applicable regulations, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and claims of third parties and ready for use as intended.3. If the description of the subject of the order includes an indication of trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party informs that this provision is only determining the minimum parameters and constitutes an indication for the Contractor what features the materials or devices used to implement the subject of the order should have. The Ordering Party allows the order to be completed by using equivalent materials or devices. The contractor who offers materials or equivalent devices is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that they meet the requirements of the Ordering Party...
