Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of the emerging equipment for medical use: computer tomograph in an amount of 1 piece, with assembly, commissioning and training of the Employer's employees. The Contractor undertakes to provide a complete device along with equipment, brand new, not regenerated, unused and undemployed, as well as transferred to the Ordering Party ownership of the subject. A detailed description of the subject of the order, taking into account the required technical and use parameters of the subject of the order defines ON 1b to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order and required technical parameters and ON.2 to SWZ - contract form. Detailed requirements: Subject of the order qualified as a medical device that meets the requirements of Community and Polish law specified in the applicable law, including in particular in Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices and Act of 20 May 2010.
