I. Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase of concentrated sulfuric acid and delivery to Czstochowskie Przedsibiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o. o. in Sobuczyn.II. Scope of order: 1. The supplied sulfuric acid will meet the parameters and standards appropriate for strong sulfuric acid (92% 96%).2. Acid sulfur will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party: Czstochowskie Przedsibiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o. o. Sobuczyna, ul. Konwaliowa 1, 42 263 Wrzosowa3. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a safety data sheet along with an appropriate certificate for each delivered batch of sulfuric acid. 4. Deliveries will be made in quantities and dates agreed by telephone, no later than 48 hours from the telephone order placed by the Ordering Party, and orders may be placed from Monday from 8.00 a.m. to Friday until 3.00 p.m. (excluding holidays), so that individual deliveries can be made in working days. Each order will be confirmed by e-mail sent to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.5.
