Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a CT scanner along with the adaptation of the laboratory and its commissioning.
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
Reason for not dividing into parts: Subject the contract is of a uniform nature, and dividing the contract into parts would cause excessive organizational and technical difficulties and additional costs of contract execution, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing the contract.
4. The subject of the order is to be financed from funds financial resources of the Greater Poland Voivodeship for the task entitled: "Purchase of a computed tomography scanner along with adaptation of the laboratory and commissioning."
The scope of the investment includes the modernization of the existing computed tomography laboratory, consisting of the replacement of the computed tomography scanner and the construction necessary adaptation works to adapt the rooms to applicable regulations.
The scope of adaptation will include enlarging the door opening in the structural wall, painting the rooms, replacing door joinery, and performing installation works, such as checking the efficiency existing mechanical ventilation and cooling installations, including their cleaning, replacement of filters and all necessary works, as well as adaptation of electrical and telecommunications installations to the new device and the target room layout.
