Description:
1. The subject of the contract remains the implementation of a technical and classification project and the supply of a floating unit-a deepening, in order to carry out the task entitled "Purchase of a deeperer for maintaining approach tracks to Świnoujście and the track Świnoujście - Szczecin" (called in the content of this SWZ "Delivery").
2. The concise description of the subject of the contract was indicated in Annex 7 to SWZ and is a technical description provided by the Ordering Party (called in the content of the SWZ "description of the subject of delivery"). Devices and/or materials indicated in the content of the description of the subject of the delivery using the name own, manufacturer's markings should be treated as examples. It is allowed to offer equivalent or better devices and/or materials in terms of technical parameters related to the functioning of these devices and/or materials, and taking into account the compliance by these devices and/or Requirements of applicable conventions and legal provisions. The contractor should verify and treat all solutions as related to each other and forming the target system - a unit that meets the requirements given in the description of the subject of delivery and suitable for use as intended indicated by the contracting authority in this document.
3. The order of the contract includes in particular:
a) execution of the technical and classification design of the subject of delivery,
b) execution, equipment and delivery of the subject of delivery to the port in Świnoujście,
c) Removing the defects and faults of the subject Deliveries.
