1 Mazowieckie targeted subsidies for the implementation of the task of raising the quality of the provisions given in the scope of treatment of addiction. 2. Rescue is implemented in Zwizku with the conclusion with the Mazowieckie Voivodship Agreement No. W/UMWM - UU/UU/ZD/2228/2025 on 23.05.2025, as part of the implementation of the action resulting from art. 4 paragraph 1 of the Act of 26 Padziernik 1982 on education in tone and counteracting alcoholism (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2151, as amended) and the Voivodship Program for the Prevention and Solving of Alcohol Problems as well as counteracting drug addicts for 20222025, which was assigned to resolution No. 35/22 of the Mazovian Voivodship Assembly of 22 March 2022 (Chapter VI, area 3, Detailed objective area 3, action 1), in the area of art. 114 para. 1 point 5 and Article 115 para. 3 of the Relationary Act on April 15, 2011 on therapeutic activity (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 450). 3.
