Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture as part of the project entitled: "Economist + salesman = professional master in the Wadysaw Grabski School Complex No. 3 in Kutno as part of the Regional Program European Funds for children for 2021-2027, Priority FELD.08 European Funds for education and human resources in education, Measure FELD 08.08 Vocational training (FELD.08.08-IZ.00-0086/23-00)2. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ, and in Annex No. 6, i.e. the contract template.3. The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party in Kutnie at ul. Kociuszki 24. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order using its own transport, at its own expense and at its own risk. The order includes delivery to rooms located inside the building.4. The ordering party requires at least 24 months quality warranty for the subject of the order, counting from the date signing the acceptance protocol. 5. The Contractor is required to provide a warranty for the purchased furniture in accordance with the manufacturers' terms and conditions, counted from the date of receipt of the subject of the order and issuance of the warranty documents.
