Description:
The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase of tea and sugar - in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order placed in the "Appendices" tab. The Ordering Party requires that the entire product range covered by the subject of the order was brand new, free from technical and legal defects, approved for trading, grade I, met quality and use standards. Place of delivery - Warehouse No. 3, Department of Supply, KWP Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, Katowice Delivery date - within 10 days from the date of signing the orderConditions payment - by bank transfer - 21 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Delivery and payment costs - on the supplier's side. Warranty - min. 24 months, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. The ordering party requires the submission of a declaration of non-exclusion - a declaration placed in in the Attachments tab, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/decrease the order depending on its financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate this procedure if the value of the offer received exceeds the value of the financial resources allocated for completion of the subject of the order. The ordering party will ask the contractor who did not complete the previous order, performed it improperly or refused to sign the contract to participate in the proceedings.
