The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase, delivery and transfer of a Jura C3 coffee machine for BSWP Katowice - in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order placed in the tab "Appendices" The Ordering Party requires that the entire product range covered by the subject of the order is brand new, free from technical and legal defects, approved for trading, grade I, meets quality and utility standards. Place of delivery: Police Internal Affairs Office Faculty Katowice ul. Lompy 19, 40-038 Katowice Delivery date - within 5 days from signing the Order/Agreement. Payment terms - by bank transfer - 21 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Cost of delivery and payment - on the supplier's side. Warranty - min. 24 months, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. The ordering party requires submitting a declaration of non-exclusion - the declaration is placed in the Attachments tab. The ordering party reserves the right to increase/reduce the order depending on available financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure if the funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it.
