Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Purchase, delivery and commissioning of power generators as part of the implementation of the task titled: Strengthening Civil Protection and Civil Defense in the Cmolas Commune in Part No. 2 Task No. 2, i.e.: Purchase, delivery and commissioning of a power generator with minimum power rated 24kW, 1 piece, together with the purchase and delivery of a transport trailer with a load capacity appropriate to the weight of the offered unit, 1 piece. A detailed description of the subject of the order together with a description of the parameters of the ordered unit and the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party are set out in Annex No. 4.2 to the SWZ. Ordering party when describing the subject of the order, it indicates the minimum requirements. The contractor may offer devices with parameters at least as indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party allows the offer of materials and devices equivalent to those described, provided that they guarantee the execution of the order. in accordance with the description of the subject of the order and ensure that technical and functional parameters are not worse than those assumed.
