Note: The contracting authority requires a compulsory local vision, which will take place on 20/08/2025, 10:00. Collection under the entrance to the Cepelek clinic ul. Żeromskiego 33ka, the Contractor is obliged to send by 20/08/2025 to 9:00 at pstradzy@cepelek.pl application for participation in a local vision. The commander informs that participation in the above Visiilocal is compulsory within the meaning of art. 131 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. that offers may be submitted after the vision of the vision, during the local vision, no additional information will be granted, as well as answers to the questions asked by contractors, and the link with this all possible queries that contractors will want to ask a local vision, should be based on the principles arising from SWZ. NEW: Pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law, the ordering party resists if it was submitted without vision local, if the contracting authority required this in the documents of the order.
