1. The subject of the order is: purchase, assembly and installation of equipment for the Department of Intensive Care Anesthesiology and the Central Operating Route, Hospital Pharmacy, Central Sterilization, with the possibility of submitting partial offers:

- package of 2 sofas,
- package 3 metal shelvesaluminum,
- package 4 trolleys,
- package 5 refrigerated display cases,
- package 6 household appliances,
- package 7 small equipment,
- package 8 IT equipment,
- package 9 washer-disinfector,
- package 10 scales,
- package 11 laminar chambers,
- package 12 sterilizer,
- package 13 fluid heater.
1. The subject of the order is:purchase along with assembly and installation of furniture for the Department of Intensive Care Anesthesiology and the Central Operating Route, Hospital Pharmacy, Central Sterilization
2. Details of solutions in the field of furniture development and manufacturing should be agreed with the Ordering Party at the stage of obtaining the actual dimensionsindividual rooms. The furniture should be adapted to the purpose of the room.
3. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must have features consistent with the detailed description contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. Detailed warranty conditions and provisions regarding warranty service are included inthese are included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Warranty Terms.
