Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of ICT equipment in 4 educational institutions of the Rajcza Commune: CZ I: Primary School No. 1 in Rajcza. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7A to the SWZ description of the subject of the order.2. The proceedings are ongoing in connection with the implementation of the project entitled WE focus on development! The project is co-financed by the European Union, under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund+), Priority: FESL.06.00-European Funds for education, Measures: FESL.06.02-General Education3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and install the above equipment to the places indicated by the Ordering Party.4. The contractor is also obliged to train teaching staff in the use of the supplied equipment.5. Ordering party requires the Contractor to provide a manufacturer's warranty for the subject of delivery, which cannot be shorter than 12 months; all assembly, modernization and adaptation works must be covered by the Contractor's 24-month warranty.6. Contractor's warranty regarding items delivery cannot be shorter than the manufacturer's warranty period, provided that it must be at least 24 months...
