Purchase, delivery and assembly of a power generator and a trailer for transporting a power generator with a capacity of 200 kVa for the building of the Commune Office in Liskowo, at Ks. W. Bliziskiego 43, 62-850 Liskw. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject The order, which is an integral part of the SWZ. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, complies with applicable standards, has appropriate certificates and other documents in accordance with applicable law, with a production date not older than 2024. If in the detailed description of the item the order uses signs or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer, a specific product, trademarks, patents or origin are indicated, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent solutions, which should be understood as products with parameters not worse than those presented in the detailed description the subject of the order and meeting, at least to the same extent, the requirements of the Ordering Party.
