Description:
The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase, delivery and submission of secret payroll envelopes, PIN - for the ICT Department of the Police Headquarters in Katowice. The description of the subject of the order can be found in invitation to submit an offer. The Ordering Party requires the presentation of 2-3 envelopes proposed for purchase in order to be accepted by the ICT Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice. After obtaining a positive opinion, the procedure will be resolved. NOTE: together with offer in the Connector tab, you must submit a scan of the completed declaration of non-exclusion (Act on Prevention). Payment terms - by bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Delivery costs - On the supplier's side - Ordered the assortment will be delivered to: ICT Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. Lompy19Delivery date - up to 7 days from the date of order acceptance and implementation. Delivery should take place on business days, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. About the date deliveries must be notified to the Ordering Party 2 days in advance by e-mail to the address provided in the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address - after notifying the Contractor. Warranty - min. 24 months, but not less than warranty manufacturer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of the subject of the order - depending on the amount of financial resources available to complete the purchase of the subject of the order.
