The subject of the contract is "Purchase, delivery and unloading of drugs for the substitution treatment program to the Spec hospital pharmacy. Psych. ZOZ in Lodz." in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Pharmaceutical products should meet the conditions of admissionfor marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) - if applicable, and the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended).
