1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly and launch of radio devices andsupplying in the indicated locations of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in connection with the modernization of police radio networks to the police radiocommunication system - Tetra (SRP -T)
2. The order of the contract was divided into 4 parts:
part 1 - for the location of SLR Emitel S.A. Dobra NowogardzkaI RTCN GoΕogora Emitel S.A.
part 2 - for the location of GSM Celnex in Borne Sulinowo (Scz 0202B) and Celnex GSM in Czaplinek (DRA 0202A).
Part 3 - for the location of GSM Cellex in Rudki (WCK 0601A) and Cellex GSM in Wierzchow (Dra 1901b). For the location of Celnex GSM in ZΕocieniec (DRA0102c).
3. The Employer allows submission of offers for all parts of the order.
4. The scope, size, quantity and requirements for the order are specified in the price calculation forms constituting for
part of the order Annex 2.1 - 2.4 to SWZ and in the descriptions of the subjectOrders constituting attachments 7.1 - 7.4 to SWZ.
5. Detailed requirements for receipt, warranty terms
