- PART I: Purchase, delivery, commissioning and acceptance of the Office of Technical Inspection of a foldable stair platform, renovation and replacement of the rules on the playground, adaptation for disabled people as part of the task: Implementation of an accessible school model in primary school facilities in the Podegrodzie Commune, no. FEMP.05.01-IP.01-1479/24 in the town BrzeznaThe order includes: a) purchase, delivery, commissioning and acceptance of the Office of Technical Inspection of a foldable stair platform, b) renovation and replacement of playground equipment, adaptation for disabled people. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 9.1 9.8 to the SWZ. The works should be carried out in accordance with construction regulations, in compliance with Polish Standards, Technical Conditions in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1225), all applicable legal provisions and the commenced documentation.
