- Brief description of the subject of the order: Part I, purchase together with the delivery of dairy products, 1. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the order be brand new (produced no earlier than in 2023), packed in a way that guarantees protection against damage, and the packaging will not have any molesabout opening. The assortment must have all required, current certificates and safety standards applicable to applicable regulations, manufacturer's name, product name and design, raw material composition, size, as well as manufacturer's documentation (certificates, instructions, use cards). No packaging suppliedthat it will be returnable., 2. Dairy products are characterized by freshness and good taste after opening the products. The shelf life of the products shall be no shorter than 14 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party for the following products: cottage cheese, kefir malanka, no shorter than 21 days from the date of delivery for the following productsin: yogurts, creams, a product with the properties of sour cream, made with the use of vegetable fat and pure cultures of lactic fermentation bacteria with a fat content of 12%, these cheeses, cottage cheese for spreading, other cheeses, homogenized cottage cheese, malanka...
