- The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for: "Purchase with delivery, delivery and assembly of furniture for KP II Gliwice" - urgent matter due to the deadline for settlement of funds! Invitation to submit an offer, description of the subject orders and delivery address can be found in the "attachments" tab. ATTENTION! Together with the offer, a scan of the completed declaration of non-exclusion must be submitted - the document is attached. The Ordering Party requires that the product as part of the order execution be brand new, free from technical defects and legal regulations, in intact factory packaging, approved for trading and grade I. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address - after prior notification to the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of the subject of the order - depending on the size available financial resources intended for the purchase of the subject of the order. In the absence of financial resources intended for the purchase, the procedure will be invalidated. The contractor whose offer is selected as the most advantageous will make accurate measurements before execution of the order, the dimensions of the development given in the description of the subject of the order are estimated dimensions and are used for the Contractors' illustrative acquaintance with the subject of the order and preparation of offers. Submitting the cheapest offer is not tantamount to receiving the order/signing contracts...
