The subject of this order includes supplies to the Ordering Party headquarters to the address indicated in point. 1 of the factory-new year of production of 2021 or 2022 of a three-axle cigara car from single-chamber carcinas with a capacity of 20 21 m3 for receipt, and transporting the waste of Euro 6 standards in the field of exhaust emissions. Compliant with the applicable law, as well as spending the technical requirements specified in the applicable in Poland regulations for vehicles moving on public roads with takes into account the technical conditions specified in the Act of 20 June 1997. Road traffic law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, from p.) and in executive regulations Act.
