The quantities presented on the 12-month-old volumes are only approximate and in no case constitute from the Ordering Party, obligations to purchase goods in the given quantity. The final quantities will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of purchase from the Contractor of office supplies not covered by this announcement to establish a dynamic purchasing system, at the catalog prices less a discount of 15% granted to the Ordering Party. To this end, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party a current catalog of its products.
