The subject of the order is: Purchase of a delivery vehicle up to 3.5t under the program entitled Civil Protection and Civil Defense for the years 2025-2026 The subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery of: a delivery van up to 3.5 t - A detailed description of the subject of the order and technical requirements are specified in Chapter III to SWZ (OPZ). The Ordering Party will specify the minimum technical parameters that the equipment offered by the Contractor should meet. The Contractor may offer equipment with better parameters than those described by the Ordering Party. The subject of the order will be purchased for the needs of the Czermin Commune and it will be its user. Subject delivery must be brand new, unused, complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects. Requiring no additional expenditure, ready to use. Produced in 2025. The delivery item offered by the Contractor must have all the requirements required by law approvals and certificates necessary for its proper use.
