Description:
1. Order Mon. Purchase of a delivery vehicle for the Municipal Waterworks Plant in Jerzmanowice2. Names and codes relating to the subject of the contract specified in the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main subject: 341361000-0 Light trucks 3. The subject of the contract is: purchase of a delivery car for the Municipal Water Supply Plant in Jerzmanowice.4. The car and its equipment must be brand new and free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects.5. The subject of the order must comply with the requirements and parameters contained in the detailed description of the subject of the order.6. In case if the Contractor proposes the subject of the order with worse parameters and conditions than those indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the order, the offer will be subject to rejection as it does not meet the conditions of the SWZ.7. On the day of signing the acceptance protocol, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a complete set documentation necessary for vehicle registration, resulting from the Road Traffic Law.8.
